I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I practice Real Estate like a specialty boutique would, customizing each experience to the individual or family need.
My professional background is in Social Services and psychology where I worked with people in high stress, high emotion, and high-risk situations. This training has prepared me for the roller coaster that is real estate. There are a few times that you will find yourself "going crazy" in your lifetime. During the planning of your wedding, after having your 1st child and purchasing a home. It's not that you are genuinely crazy during this time, it's more about the fact that all your hopes and dreams are riding on a single signature.
Past clients have praised me for my ability to be a real person, understanding that their future depends on the home they choose and I’m the key holder of their dreams. I will work day and night (and I do) for my clients. My work hours are not 9-5 M-F. They are 24 hours a day, seven days a week! To be great in real estate, you must be involved in the community and love your market.

I am a long-term Colorado resident; I grew up in the Summit County mountains and have raised my family in the North Metro area for over twenty years. We are an outdoor Colorado family, hiking, camping, boating and exploring our state. One of my favorite views of Colorado is from 10,000 feet up, skydiving!
I come from a diverse background of construction, higher education, and even entertainment. Each of my experiences plays an important and unique role in my Real Estate approach. I am an entrepreneur at heart and have found that I thrive best while serving others, especially in such important times of their lives. Which is what makes real estate so special to me.
Finding the perfect home, or selling a home, is a unique experience for all. It should be approached with trust, knowledge, and even fun. I strive to make sure each buyer and seller experience is full of information you can trust while making it the most positive and fun experience for the entire family that I can. I learned exactly what buyer’s remorse means when I purchased my very first home. As a result, I work hard to never leave any of my clients feeling less than ecstatic with their purchase or sale. Therefore, I entered real estate with the promise that I will never force a deal and if you are not feeling fully informed and comfortable along the entire way, I will make it right.

I'm a native of Austin, Texas but spent most of my late teens and early 20s traveling to nearly 30 countries doing non-profit work. I’m 2007 I moved to Colorado where I got my start in sales, working for a multi-billion dollar education software company. I realized that effectively understanding buyer's needs and matching products with those needs was a big passion and hobby of mine. My success led me to a small but quickly growing real estate software company in 2011 where I saw how important the real estate industry is to the economy and how buying a home is one of the most important investments a consumer will make in their lifetime. My appreciation for the real estate industry eventually inspired me to become a real estate agent, working directly with buyers and sellers to help their journey be a simple, stress-free one.
I love that I can channel my successful sales career into helping my clients sell their home for the best possible price and buy the home that fits exactly what they're looking for.
In my spare time I serve as the President of the Denver Tesla Club, hike Colorado's many 14'ers, follow the technology and software industry, and take family road trips in our electric car.
Hi, I’m Bernadette Melton. I was born and raised in Indiana, and it really is true, I got here as soon as I could! I first visited Colorado in high school and knew this was where I wanted to live - the mountains, the outdoors, the sunshine - all of it!
I graduated from Purdue University in 2004 with degrees in animal science and veterinary medicine and relocated to Colorado with my husband right after our wedding. I worked in Denver for 3 years as a small animal Veterinarian until we had our first son and then chose to stay home to raise him and our two other children.
My family lived in northeastern Westminster for 9 years and moved to Erie over 6 years ago. I have three children in school - Ethan loves robotics, Chloe is getting into competitive gymnastics, and Isaac hasn’t quite figured out what he likes yet, beyond video games of course! We love living in Colorado - hiking, skiing, camping, fishing - though I “fish” by sitting on the bank reading a book. :)
I’ve been working in real estate for almost four years. I love helping find the right home for homebuyers, that “this is it!” look is priceless! And I love helping sellers close the door on one chapter of their lives as they (literally) open the door on the next one. Real estate is challenging, always different, and provides a unique opportunity to share in the lives of the people I work with.
People have asked me if I miss being a Vet, and the answer is not really. Once I left practicing medicine I discovered it wasn't the animals that I missed, it was the people - both the people I worked with and the clients I served. I loved being able to explain medical issues in a way that people could understand, now I get to do the same thing with contracts and real estate transactions. Buying and selling a home can be a very emotional process, just like working with sick animals, and I'm glad I've been able to walk with families through both.
My passion is to guide people on their real estate journey. This journey isn't mine to take, but it's my privilege to help guide the people I work with along the path to reaching their goals. Whether it's finding the dream home they've always wanted, downsizing after the kids have left so they can travel more or negotiate their home more easily, or increasing wealth through building a real estate portfolio, there's always a new path to be traveled and new decisions to be made along the way!

Artie Manfredi is a former golf professional who entered into the real estate industry in 2009. Right away, Artie received multiple awards for his total sales volume, involvement in the local communities, and for his involvement in the local real estate boards. Artie loves to give back and is involved in many non profit organizations such as Rotary, Junior Achievement, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, St. Jude's, and Orchard Church. Artie currently serves us as our Prinicpal Broker and CEO.
Artie loves living in Denver for the views, the weather and access to the mountains. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, skiing, cycling, hiking, snowshoeing, and camping. Most importantly, Artie is a devoted husband and loving father to his two sons.
I am a Colorado native, born and raised, and I love my home state. I grew up in Arvada and enjoyed playing multiple sports as a kid. When I entered high school, I started playing football and was able to continue playing into college, and after in the semi-pros. Football is still a passion of mine, and I love supporting my Denver Broncos and Texas Longhorns! When I was younger, I played the drums in a Scottish Pipe Band, and in my adult years transferred to athletics. Being a Scottish Heavy Athlete is also a huge passion. My family and I travel all over the United States for competitions, and I try to compete in as many as I can each year. My daughter is the light of my life, and after she was born it became clearer what my goals are in life. I want to provide for her and allow her the opportunities to see the world and participate in sports and music. I worked for the last 8 years as an electrical designer in the gas and oil industry, and it was an amazing job with great people. Unfortunately working a 9 to 5 type job did not allow for much freedom to travel and coach and spend time with my daughter. I learned how to design large gas processing plants, along with adding additions to plants already in use. I was required to be a team player and had to make sure I was detail oriented. My wife has been in the real estate industry for years, and I have always been interested in the process. I have personally bought two homes and sold one, and I am excited to share my experience and help guide my future clients in their real estate endeavors. I enjoy problem solving, negotiating and am very detail oriented. I feel this is my calling!
Laura Fontana is a proud wife and mother with 2 children in college so she knows how to manage the crazy stress of what life can bring. Laura brings that same ability to handle chaos to her work as a Real Estate broker with The Key Team.
Laura has always been involved in some facet of the housing industry. Prior to real estate I was in the banking industry for 10 years, so I am familiar with the financial side of the transaction as well. Hi, my name is Alyssa Baker. I am a Colorado Native, born and raised on a farm in Thornton. I married my high school sweetheart, Zach, and I am a mother to two wonderful boys, Bryson and Easton. I also have two Pomeranians and one Labrador. Their names are Zeek, Zoey and Camo. My background is in nursing. I have been a mom/baby nurse for 11 years. Although nursing has been a wonderful career, my passion is in real estate!
