Anthony Fountain is a Colorado native, growing up all around the state and is currently serving the community in the Northern Denver Metro area. He was raised by a single mother and is a big brother to his sister. He has started out working in the Geo-Technical industry doing quality assurance for various city projects but has always had a passion for pursuing something with more of a purposeful impact. Following his entrepreneurial roots he found real estate and is thrilled to be able to be in a position to help lead others in their goals whether they are looking to buy or sell!
Anthony is married and loves being adventurous in the Colorado outdoors with his wife. In his free time he enjoys socializing with friends and trying out new places, going camping and boating at the lake, as well as going to the shooting range. Born and raised in California, Brandon comes from plenty of experience within the real estate industry throughout his childhood. Moving to Colorado in 2003, he received a bachelors degree from Colorado Christian University in business administration and management. After graduating, the next seven years Brandon worked in finance, specifically within lending and planning. Chris Mestas was born and raised in Brighton. He and his family currently reside in Buffalo Run. Chris has been an entrepreneur for 18 years, owning his own Architectural Design Business, designing residential homes and commercial buildings.
Chris is married and has three wonderful children. He loves traveling with his family and is happiest when he is laying on a beach in a tropical location.

Shannon has been a Realtor since 1999. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2012. Shannon is also a Certified Relocation Professional and earned her designation as of 2006. Shannon worked in the Corporate Relocation world for approximately 10 years and understands the struggles that a relocating family has to go through. Shannon is a member of Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Employee Relocation Council and Denver Metro Association of Realtors. She has won many awards and has been an Executive Club Member for the past 5 years.

Artie Manfredi is a former golf professional who entered into the real estate industry in 2009. Right away, Artie received multiple awards for his total sales volume, involvement in the local communities, and for his involvement in the local real estate boards. Artie loves to give back and is involved in many non profit organizations such as Rotary, Junior Achievement, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, St. Jude's, and Orchard Church. Hi, I’m Bernadette Melton. I was born and raised in Indiana, and it really is true, I got here as soon as I could! I first visited Colorado in high school and knew this was where I wanted to live - the mountains, the outdoors, the sunshine - all of it!
I graduated from Purdue University in 2004 with degrees in animal science and veterinary medicine and relocated to Colorado with my husband right after our wedding. I worked in Denver for 3 years as a small animal Veterinarian until we had our first son and then chose to stay home to raise him and our two other children.
My family lived in northeastern Westminster for 9 years and moved to Erie over 6 years ago. I have three children in school - Ethan loves robotics, Chloe is getting into competitive gymnastics, and Isaac hasn’t quite figured out what he likes yet, beyond video games of course! We love living in Colorado - hiking, skiing, camping, fishing - though I “fish” by sitting on the bank reading a book. :)
I’ve been working in real estate for almost four years. I love helping find the right home for homebuyers, that “this is it!” look is priceless! And I love helping sellers close the door on one chapter of their lives as they (literally) open the door on the next one. People have asked me if I miss being a Vet, and the answer is not really. Once I left practicing medicine I discovered it wasn't the animals that I missed, it was the people - both the people I worked with and the clients I served. I loved being able to explain medical issues in a way that people could understand, now I get to do the same thing with contracts and real estate transactions. Buying and selling a home can be a very emotional process, just like working with sick animals, and I'm glad I've been able to walk with families through both.

I'm a native of Austin, Texas but spent most of my late teens and early 20s traveling to nearly 30 countries doing non-profit work. I ended up in Colorado after meeting my now wife at a wedding in Colorado Springs in 2006. We kept in touch long distance and after 9 months I was so smitten, I decided to leave my communications job in Austin for Colorado Springs in September of 2007. We eventually married 13 months after my arrival.
This state is also where I got my start in sales, working for a multi-billion dollar education software company. I realized that effectively understanding buyer's needs and matching products with those needs was a big passion and hobby of mine. My success led me to a small but quickly growing real estate software company in 2011 where I saw how important the real estate industry is to the economy and how buying a home is one of the most important investments a consumer will make in their lifetime. My appreciation for the real estate industry eventually inspired me to become a real estate agent, working directly with buyers and sellers to help their journey be a simple, stress-free one.
